Agile Success Academy is maintained by Agile Centre Limited, The term ‘Agile Centre Limited’ or ‘Agile Centre’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website. All courses, books and products hosted herein (the “Site”) for the use of its customers, vendors, students, and other Site users (“Users”) upon agreement to the following terms.
Please read the terms carefully before using the Site. Use of this website and checking the ‘agree to terms’ box upon your enrolment indicates your acceptance of these “Terms of Use” and forms a binding agreement between you and Agile Centre. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this site.
1. Use of Site
Agile Centre provides a range of resources, including materials, information, quizzes, tests, questions, articles, news, and other content on this and related websites, as well as in courses provided through this site (referred to as the "Materials"). Each User is authorised to view and download one copy of the Materials. Users are allowed to print one copy, as long as no modifications are made and all copyright and proprietary notices from the original Materials are retained on any copies. The Materials from this Site must not be modified, reproduced, shared, or distributed by Users. Users are required to maintain the confidentiality of all Materials and must not sell, auction, loan, rent, give away, describe, summarise, or disclose the Materials or their contents to any other person or entity. Any violation of these Terms of Use will result in the automatic termination of the User's authorised use of the Site.
2. Enrolment
By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge and agree to be responsible for the complete payment of the product fee for which you have enrolled. Regardless of whether or not you complete any course, you are still obligated to pay the full amount of the subscription fees. If the participant is under 18 years of age, the parent or guardian assumes responsibility for the payment of the subscription fees. The estimated duration of each course and the access period are indicated on the course information page, and you confirm that you have read and understood the details regarding your access periods. Please note that this training is not accredited or certified.
3. Refunds, Chargebacks and Cancellations
Agile Centre adheres to the United Kingdom’s Consumer Rights Act 2015 in regard to refunds. If you decide to change your mind about your academy membership, you can cancel and request a refund within 14 days of the transaction date.
The refund policy is as follows:
100% refund within 14 days of enrollment.
No refunds will be issued after 14 days of enrollment.
In the case of being enrolled in a subscription membership, by accepting these terms, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the ability to cancel your subscription membership at any time. This can be done by logging into your own account at www.agilesuccess.academy, accessing 'My Account', selecting ‘Billing', and cancelling your membership.
3.1: Chargebacks and Disputes
In the event of any chargebacks or dispute fees initiated through PayPal, Stripe, bank transfer, or any other payment methods, you hereby agree, as stated in these Terms of Use, that we reserve the right to appeal against such actions. This includes providing a screenshot of your agreement to these terms upon your digital enrollment.
4. Geographic location
Agile Centre Limited is a registered company in England and Wales. While you have the freedom to access your content from any country, it is important to note that the Terms of Use are subject to the laws of England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and and Wales. Failure to strictly enforce the provisions or rights outlined in the Terms of Use shall not be considered a waiver. Agile Centre reserves the right to assign its rights and obligations under the Terms of Use to any party without prior notice at any time.
5. User Warranty
By accessing and using the Site and Materials, you, as a User, guarantee that you are not affiliated as an agent or employee of any other on demand training company. It is understood that the Site and Materials are intended solely for the purpose of online learning.
6. Trademark and Copyright
Agile Success Academy, along with other associated brands, trademarks, and service marks, are recognized as the intellectual property of Agile Centre Limited and its affiliates. The Materials available on this Site are protected by copyright, and any unauthorized use of these Materials may infringe upon copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. The content found within the books and online academy Materials, including the associated copyrights and other intellectual property rights, are the exclusive property of Agile Centre and Agile Success Academy. Reproduction of any portion of the online academy Materials without prior written consent from Agile Centre and Agile Success Academy is strictly prohibited.

Links to external websites are provided solely as a convenience to you. However, please note that Agile Centre has not reviewed all of these external websites, and we do not exercise control over nor take responsibility for their content. Should you choose to access any of the external websites linked to this Site, you do so at your own risk.

The Materials available on this site are provided "as is" without any warranties, whether expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.
